Quad Cities Craft Breweries

Since the 1990s Quad Cities has been prominent in the craft-brewing scene, there is something for every beer enthusiast in this exciting town.

Front Street Brewery 208 E. River Drive, Davenport, Iowa
The Front Street is polar for its extensive line-up of good brewery including their signature Old Davenport Golden Ale. The brewery may be the oldest in the Quad Cities, but it is always up-to-date when it comes to the variety of brews they have as well as the food on their menu. It has expanded to a second location in Davenport because of the number of people who come and visit them.

Blue Cat Brew Pub – 113 18th Street, Rock Island, Illinois
If you are up for more traditional European-style brews, head on to Blue Cat Brew Pub. It is the second oldest brewery in Illinois and is known for Big Bad Dog Olde English Ale. If you ever go hungry while having a beer in this pub, you can have some of their hand-pressed burgers and homemade soups. The place is a perfect balance between handmade and well-crafted, which is excellent for both lunch and dinner.

Bent River Brewing Company – 1413 5th Avenue, Moline, Illinois
We're done with the oldest breweries, now let's visit the largest brewing company in the Quad Cities, in terms of production and distribution. They are known for their locally brewed beer, Mississippi Blonde, and Uncommon Coffee. They opened a second location in Rock Island. They have an event hall and a tap room on this site. Their two locations have al fresco seating, but only their Moline branch offers food.

Great River Brewery – 332 E. Second Street, Davenport, Iowa
Located in downtown Davenport, the Great River Brewery is one of the oldest breweries in Illinois. It features a great outdoor seating area, near the bicycle lane. Its most popular brews are the 483 Pale Ale and Roller Dam Red Ale. The good thing about Great River is that even though they don't serve their own food, they often have food trucks serving their menu.

Radicle Effect Brewerks – 1340 31st Street, Rock Island, Illinois
Radicle Effect Brewerks is the first brewery in the Quad Cities that produce small batches of beer. They try to be more creative with their 4-barrel system. They are mainly known for their Roasted Garlic Stout. You should try their version of Bloody Mary because it is one of the best in the Quad Cities.

Rebellion Brew Haus – 1529 3rd Avenue A, Moline, Illinois
A nano-brewery that operates on one barrel system, Rebellion is located in downtown Moline, and they have a great selection of bourbons and tequilas. They also serve tacos and other types of snacks to go with their beers.
Baked Beer & Bread Co. – 1113 Mound Street, Davenport, Iowa
Baked Beer & Bread is the latest addition to the vast array of breweries in Quad Cities. They don't only have a brewery in the heart of a bakery. They also offer live entertainment and a bar where you can party while having great-tasting beers. Just because they're in the beer scene doesn't mean they don't have their avid customers. They continue to make their name with their pastries and locally crafted beer.
